The Okuma Multus 300B is a general purpose multi-function machine that is designed to reduce set up time by virtually eliminating repetitive fixturing to improve accuracy and keep non-cutting time to a minimum. It features the industry’s first Collision Avoidance System software. Combined with Okuma’s THINC - OSP Control, this software can run the entire machining simulation and catch potential collisions before they create scrap. Thermal-Friendly Construction assures high accuracy, even in the most complex applications. Options include the W version with sub-spindle. It is designed to hand the part from one spindle to the other to complete milling and turning operations without changing the part.

VMC 42016L and VMC 5020A are designed for machining large parts. With these machines the long and big parts can be easily loaded on the table from the front or side doors. Fadal designed the series of large machines to meet our customers’ machining needs of steel, aluminum or titanium cutting.

Fadal Deckel

,Deckel had gained sufficient experience to manufacture specialised machine tools for their own use (their 50th anniversary brochure, printed in 1953, was almost entirely devoted to camera-associated products) and, as a result, Deckel were able to branch out into the rapidly expanding industrial markets of the 1950s. Their newly-introduced range of high quality milling machines and milling accessories was branded using the Deckel name.

The Moore Tool Company, a leader in precision machine tool design and manufacture, produces a complete line of jig grinding machines and accessories. The 500 is available in two models (CPZ and CPWZ) to address your specific ultraprecision requirements. These five- and six-axis, CNC-controlled jig grinding machines provide continuous path contouring capability for the generation of complex two- and three-dimensional features.
